05-13-09 For Glory and Empire asked to play Warped Tour
After months of involvement on the Earn It Yourself website, For Glory and Empire was selected by the creators of Earn It Yourself to play the 2009 Vans Warped Tour. They will be playing the Kia Kevin Says Stage (KKS) on the Indianapolis date of the tour.

The EIY site is a fantastic resource for up-and-coming local bands to share information, write articles based on personal knowledge, and meet other bands or fans. Over the course of a few months in spring of 2009, EIY picked one band from their site for each date of the tour. All of these lucky bands will be playing on the KKS at the designated venue. In the months prior to their selection of bands, EIY encouraged bands to promote using banners, getting involved on the website, and to learn and utilize the EIY philosophy.

Warped Tour will mark one of the most prominent dates on For Glory and Empire’s schedule this summer, surely the first of many great shows to come.
